Support

Email support@peachmochie.com. A person reads it, usually the same day.

What we collect

• Your Apple sign-in. Apple gives us a random account ID and, if you allow it, your first name and email. We use the name in the nest log ("Maria fed Mochie"). We never see your password.
• Your pet and nest. Feeds, plays, tuck-ins, outfits, who is in your nest, and when the app was last opened. This is the app.
• Purchases. Apple handles payment. We store which items you own so they work on every phone you sign into.

What we don't do

• No ads, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing your data with anyone.
• No location, contacts, photos, or microphone.
• No analytics beyond counting crashes and how many people opened the app.

Who can see what

People in your nest see your first name and what you did for Mochie. Nobody outside your nest sees anything about you. Your nest's invite code is the only way in, and a nest holds at most three people.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Deleting your account

In the app, hold the word "Mochie" at the top of the pet screen and choose Delete account. Your sign-in, your memberships, and your purchases record are removed right away. Pets you shared stay with the people still in the nest, with your name replaced by "Someone". You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Children

Mochie Nest is rated 4+ but is not designed for or directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the app will tell you.
